中国幼儿足球联盟是一个由中国足协持牌成立的非营利性运动组织，旨在为中国幼儿足球提供全面有效的管理、服务和指导，推动中国幼儿足球发展。
中国幼儿足球联盟下设全国幼儿足球发展中心，负责指导、组织全国各地的幼儿足球活动，推动中国幼儿足球的发展，以及建立科学的训练和管理体系设立足球校园，负责组织、指导和服务全国幼儿足球活动设立足球基金，为发展中国幼儿足球提供资金支持设立国际足球基金，推动中国幼儿足球国际化设立发展中国足球运动计划，为幼儿足球提供支持和服务。
中国幼儿足球联盟开展的活动由足协统一组织，以推动中国幼儿足球发展为目的，开展中国幼儿足球联赛、中国幼儿足球锦标赛、中国幼儿足球训练课程、中国幼儿足球训练班、中国幼儿足球技术培训班等活动，发挥了重要作用。
中国幼儿足球联盟也与国际足协和国际足球联合会建立了良好的合作关系，通过交流和合作，加强中国幼儿足球的国际交流和合作，推动中国幼儿足球发展。
